Thank you for reaching out!
To help you find the information you need, please take a moment to review the following topics. Many questions may already be addressed in our resources below.
We understand that automated responses can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we work with limited volunteer resources. If you don’t find the information you’re looking for, don’t worry—our team will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Please allow us 3-5 business days to get back to you. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you!
Application: If you’ve submitted an application and haven’t heard from us yet, don’t worry! We usually review applications within 3-5 business days. We do reach out to veterinary and personal references, so sometimes there might be a little delay if we’re having trouble getting in touch with them. If you haven’t received a response after 5 business days, please feel free to send us an email with the subject line “Application Submitted/No Reply.” We’ll make it a priority to get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks so much for your patience and for taking this extra step!
Owner Surrenders: At present, all of our foster homes are at capacity, meaning we are unable to accept additional owner surrenders. We encourage you to reach out to local animal shelters and rescue organizations that may have the resources to assist you. Thank you for your continued commitment to the well-being of pets in need!
Looking to Adopt? We’re so excited to help you on your journey to bringing a furry friend into your life! The first thing you’ll need to do is fill out and submit an application. Just a quick note: since we don’t have a facility, you won’t be able to meet any dogs until your application is approved. But don’t worry, you can find the application **HERE**—let’s get started on finding your new best friend!
You saw a dog on FB or Petfinder and have a question: If you see a dog on Facebook or Petfinder and have questions, rest assured that we meticulously include all relevant information in our Petfinder descriptions. We encourage you to visit Petfinder for comprehensive details about each dog. If you still have unanswered questions, we’re ready to assist you. For those with an approved application needing a “cat test,” we’ll perform this evaluation during the adoption approval process. Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we work to ensure the best match for everyone involved.
Thank you for your interest in finding the perfect dog! While we may not have your specific preference available on our site, we recommend checking Facebook and Petfinder regularly for new dog listings. We’re confident you’ll find what you’re looking for!
Visits: We do not have a facility where we house dogs. All of our dogs are placed in foster homes scattered across middle TN. If your application is approved for adoption, a “meet and greet” will be scheduled with the foster family.
Fostering: If you reside in the Franklin, TN area and are interested in fostering, we kindly invite you to complete the Foster application available on our website. Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference.
Stray Dogs: If you encounter a dog that does not have a medical emergency, it’s essential to start by checking for a microchip. You can easily do this at any veterinary office or animal shelter. Also, make sure to reach out to local lost and found resources and nearby shelters to maximize the chances of reuniting the dog with its owner.
